Hello,
I have been requested by the administration of my company to look for any software package that can provide any sort of reporting for our Exchange system. They want more then logging. I know that's a bit vague, but that's what I was told. I believe that they are looking for something that can report on trends, types of attachments, destination adresses, frequency of use by individuals, etc. Does anyone know of any software out there that can do this? All ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Len

Try the loggin aspects of GFI Mail Essentials - you get an in bound log of to, from, date, size, number of attachments, subject, name of attachments. Same for outbound.

Makes for interesting reading!

we tried m@ilmeter, nice interface, logs everything you could possibly need and more, goood analysis etc. We didnt buy it as a) Nobody would use the information it provided, and b) it was a bit pricey

We got it from the people that handle our hardware servicing, but im sure if you google "m@ilmeter" you will be able to download a 30 day evaluation copy from somewhere.

Try it, its really good.
