Software Inventory Comparison

I am the License Administrator for our companies. I need a report which will allow me to compare the software inventory of the same computer at two different times to see what has been installed or uninstalled inbetween audits. This will enable me to address compliance issues.

Does anyone have such a report/query for 2003?
