Software Installer

I downloaded both 13.2.1.2 and 13.2.1.27 exe files in my hard drive from MOL but could not launch the 13.2.1.2 installer. Is there anything new in the handling of these for MiVB 7.2 . Am using Windows 7 Pro and IE 11 and Firework for the download. Any guides please ???

Nothing new that I am aware of. A simple installer. If you have any older versions you might want to removed them. Try running as administrator. Otherwise maybe the downloads are getting corrupted, try using the Mitel provided downloader.

Please which is the Mitel Downloader tool in the "Software Downloads" in the MOL. Am also interested in this. And the person also asked if the software Installer version indicated above are correct for 7.2. Appreciate it thanks

The downloader tool is presented as one of 2 download options when you click on the link to download a software package. You are offered the option to download via HTTP (with no error checking), or via the Mitel Software Download tool.
