I want to be able to monitor the Merlin Magix phone system in a call center environment and generate reports (e.g. how many calls are on hold, usage, etc). What software that is compatible with Magix can do this?
If you are after routine call accounting data, then there is a variety of reporting packages. Legend Reporter is common. If you are wanting live time data about who is logged in, you can do from a call supervisor console, if you are wanting queue manipulation, live time, you'll need a CTI app like Interactive Northwest. These examples are traditionally Lucent / Avaya, but others can work.
