I want some free/demo software for backup my Microsoft Outlook (*.pst). But when I to need restore it I can choose what I wish restore.. Ex .. I don´t want restore my deleted itens.
With this, every time you close Outlook, it will prompt to backup. Once you set the path to the location you want it backed up, give it a name and hit backup. Subsequent backups will just overwrite the backup pst that you created, so one click after each exit will give you a backup.
When you need to restore, just do file>import>personal folders, browse to the pst, and you can choose what folders to restore from your pst file. Pretty easy once you do it a couple of times.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
