Software files to upload on EXTERNAL TFTP

Hi,

I am trying to use External TFTP Server and enter my TFTP IP address in Option 125. But my problem is i don't know which file i need to get from MCD even if i do ftp to my MCD to upload those file to my external TFTP. So when my phone boots up they will be able to get those file from External TFTP. I would really appreciate everyone for helping me and give a right direction to download file either from MCD or from Mitel Online.
