Has anyone seen the error below before. It's been taken from the Software Error Log on a 3300.

The system is operating as normal and I have no alarms, just not entirely sure what it means?

Mixml Session Security : SS_Tickle()->Could not find session with specified session i/d. Tickle failed.

Many thanks.

doubt if anyone here would know exactly what that means but it looks like it's got something to do with Mixml setup?

don't mean to imply people on this forum are stupid but the logs are usually greek (for me anyways ;) ) and needs someone that is very familiar with it to decode.

It is a question to your VAR who is able to open a trouble ticket with MITEL and get explanation if your company policy requires investigation for every error message in the system. It looks like not common debug message. Most likely there is no way to explain it without looking into a source code of the application.
I would say that if you have some sort of network scanner connecting to MiXML server it may cause false alarms. Ideally your controller should be located behind a firewall which will block connections to services inside the ICP which are not used in your network.
