Is there a way, perhaps through options in an UNATTEND.TXT file, to enable the user to control when a manadatory assignment starts?

This is my first attempt to distribute a package. I'm using SP1 for Win XP, in a testlab environment. I would prefer to use a Mandatory Assignment so that users would not have to use the Advertised Programs applet. But I don't want the install to start automatically. I want the user to initiate it. From what I've read and tried, a mandatory assignment will automatically start when the time delay I set (up to 60 minutes) expires.
