Here it is...
I have taken over a GW system that had the domain and one P.O. upgraded to 5.5. I proceeded to upgrade the remaining P.O. and agents up from 5.2 to 5.5 then to 5.5e
The problem is that when I go to install the new sp3a to the SDD (software distribution directory) it tells me that this is not the correct version of Gw or this is not the SDD. I have followed the instructions via tid #10051498 but continue to see the same errors. I decided to go back and create a 5.5 SDD on my desktop and patch it, but I cannot find Sp2 for 5.5 anywhere. So I am back to where I started. I need to create a new 5.5e SDD and have hit the wall. Any suggestions will be glady accepted and appreciated. Thanks Breeze

Thanks yvfwc, I had already read all of the tid you sent but I still appreciate the help. Do you know where I can obtain the Sp2 service pack for 5.5 I cannot locate it anywhere?

Do you need the Enhancement Pack sp2? English or Multi?
