Does anyone know how to decipher norstar software codes. Perhaps you have instructions? I received an email from someone asking if I could tell them which model voice mail this is.-

They have a Norstar Voice Mail 4.0. You'll need to go into Channel status to see how many channels they have.

They can also go into Feature 983, Log in as usual, when it comes up have them dial 9 on their dial pad and it will show you the software version.
