This question is not really technical in nature, but is one that someone of you may be able to answer for me.

I am trying to qualify for a position and one of the requirments is:

"Novell and either Top Secret or RACF" and

"*Top Secret account administration (adding ACIDS, resetting passwords, monitoring accounts")

I understand that RACF is Resource Access Control Facility (RACF)- an application by IBM

any ideas or thoughts?
