Software and Upgrades

I have an IPOffice 2.1 and I am interested in upgrading it. What would I have to do to upgrade the system to 3.1? Also, where can I get a copy of the Administration Software?

(look for the IP Office link) is where you can download everything you need, including the instructions/bulletins. Pay close attention to the need to do an multiple step upgrade since your system is older. The instructions cover all the criteria for this, but if there is any doubt just do the interim steps to be sure and it cant hurt. Also remember you have to upgrade your VMPro (if you have that running) and all your USER applications (phone manager, soft console, ect..), those CD's are also available on that site.

They should help explain what to do. It will reference a couple of software upgrades to increase the memory capacity in order to support the latest releases. Don't stray from the docs.

Make sure that yuo have the pc you are using to do your upgrades set as a static IP Address or you may run into a dead IP Office whne the system tries to reboot and regain contact to your pc.
