SoftRemoteLT to FVS318 problem with resources on server

I have set up a tunnel from my client at home with SoftremoteLT to my company network with a FVS318,
i can access the shares on my w2k workstation and map drives, also i can ping our server w2ksbs but i cannot map drives, oh i also can send messeges with net send to all workstations and the server. whats wrong ? or how do i access the server resources?
