Softphones on 2000IPS wont roll over to secondary line????????

Took over account on 2000IPS. Customer states that Primary number on softphones use to roll over to virtual number on softphone. For example softphone ext 7000, has rollover of 3000. in E601 all is set correctly . When called and on primary you get a busy signal. This works OK on all Dterms onsite. Just on Softphone it is an issue. Any ideas as to what is causing? Softphones are up and working properly. They are built as "F" amd Ext numbers in CMD 14 on non used Hardware LENs..Virtuals are built in in CMD 11, Softphones art in same tenant group and restrictions class as DTERMS.. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I also tried Putting key appearance on DTERM to check for Message cancel on exts.....no Luck

Is the ext 7000 call forwarded all to itself?

No primary ext is not call forwarded all to itself in E600. Like I mentioned, this is only happening on Softphones.
