Got a customer on v7 running a softphone. This was working fine, however last week when it loaded the login box was just a grey box and so they were not able to login. We did an uninstall/reinstall which seemsed to resolve it, however the customer has said that it is now happening again and the login box is again just a grey box.
We are getting their IT guys to have a look at the machine (as the 4 other softphone users are not having any issues), but I was wondering if anyone had come across this symptom before and knew a total fix for it.
