Softphone VPN 1-way audio

When I am outside of the office I connect with the Cisco VPN client. I then launch the Cisco softphone and it registers with Callmanager. I can make and receive calls, however the caller on the other end can hear me but I can't hear the caller. Most of the time I just hear silence on my end but occasionally I hear loud static when the caller is speaking. I've tried opening the ports in the router on the softphone end that are listed in the softphone settings (16384-32768) but it still won't work.

Any ideas on where I can go with this will be greatly appreciated.
 
Sounds like your missing a route back to vpn network...

Check your router and correct the route and all will be good.
