We have an ELU32 card on our BC13 MD110. We have installed 4425 IP phones successfully, setting the gatekeeper IP address on the phone.
Given that the traffic between the 4425 and ELU32 is H323 protocol, is it possible to use non Ericsson, H323 softphones to connect to the ELU32? I have tried a couple of softphones, quoting the Gatekeeper address and the TelNo as account number and get error of GK transport error. Being able to use this type of softphone would give us greater flexibility to use on wireless handheld equipment that we already own and use.
