Softphone R6.0 Video Issue

I'm using an old post but this question is exactly what I am having trouble with:



When I start Softphone, I get the icon to indicate video enabled,and I have access to the Video Options and Video Properties buttons.

The Video Start/Stop and Video Mute buttons are grayed-out, even when I call the other PC I setup that has video softphone.

I assume I've missed something simple. Anyone know what it might be?

Solved this on my own. Turns out you need to make sure that the codec for video is in the IP-region. This isn't the case by default.
