SoftPhone password - IPO R9

Hi guys,

I am trying to get a user to use the SoftPhone with my IPO R9 set up.

It all works fine, the issue is I can't seem to get the SoftPhone to use the password. The user logs in with their 'Name' from IPO Manager, and tries the password I set up for them in there. Won't take it. They have to leave the password field blank to get in.

So in Manager, the password I am try is the Password and Confirm Password field right on the main User tab. I've also tried setting up the Telephony>Supervisor password and using that, but no go. If I put a password in the SoftPhone I get an 'invalid password' error. If I leave it blank I can log in.

Any ideas as to what I'm missing?
