Customer has got several mobile phones running Zoiper softphone (Android). When other devices (i.e. 53 series, external calls, etc) are on a call with the Zoiper, users complaint that the calls are put on hold randomly. The Zoiper user confirms he does nothing to put the call on hold, and the other end on the call starts listening to MoH.
In the COS of the Zoiter I have disable Call Hold but make no difference to this issue.
What else should we disable so the call is never put on hold, consultation hold, etc.
