We have a customer that is using (or trying to use) Softphone 3.2.3.45 on a Mac (Sierra 10.12.3)
They say that the Softphone buttons are all grayed out and the app is unusable, until it is moved dragged to a different monitor. Then everything is displayed and works fine.
Problem is their people working at home do not have a second monitor so they are not able to use the software.
Any ideas are welcome!
