I have a question on an InterTel Axxess rel. 9.122. Voicemail is centralized but there are two switches in this network. Calls to a softphone in the remote site don't roll to voicemail (in the primary site) when the user is not logged in. Softphones off of the primary site do roll to VM. Is there something that should be checked, or is it just a function of being on the networked switch and not supportable?
