I have been in the process of getting the Softphone to work with our BCMs. We have 4 sites and I had been successful. In our lab, I have added 2 Softphone and was trying to add a third when all of a sudden I got a message that the server was unresponsive.
When I checked the alarm log of the BCM I see an alarm message that says "The IP terminal at 192.168.xxx.xxx:5000 is NOT configured to connect to the BCMs published IP address please correct the IP terminals configuration."
I tried the Softphone with a different BCM and it worked fine.
I have no idea where to look.
