Softphone forwarding issue

Hello all,

I've got a user with a softphone which works fine, except that when they turn off the phone and someone dials them (internal to our phone system) it shows as not in service. If someone calls through our autto attendant and tries dialing his extension they get his voicemail.

I need to always have calls to softphones turned off go to voicemail, does anyone have any ideas?

Under capabilities on the softphone DN, check off Keep DN Alive. Make sure the phone is active when you enable this. When the phone logs off, the BCM will still see it as an active extension.
