Hi All, we used to use phonemanager to test calls whilst remoting into a clients server. Is there another option, where no licence is required, for ip office 500? Ta Tom

You can trigger button presses with Monitor (at least it used to be possible), so make a speed dial key on a handset and press it via monitor :)
