Hi all,
I have a softphone console setup.
Is there a way to disable the tone in the headset when another call comes in?
Right now calls come in to a LDN and rings the console.
After the call is answered a second call comes in and a double beep is heard.
This beep is cutting off the voice of the customer that is already connected.
Adjusting the volume does not solve the problem.
I was hoping that this tone could be disabled..
