Softphone and Cisco Callmanager

This has solved my issues whit not seeing 'lines' in my softphone, not being able to log-in and not beign able to use the web interface.

Problem solved.

Modify Configuration in Computer Management
===========================================
"CCMUser" should be in Group "WebUsers", check it in followin way:
1) Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Computer Management->
System Tools->LocalUsers and Groups
2) Expand "LocalUsers and Groups", select "Users", right click "CCMUser"
3) Select "Properties", check Tab "Member of"
4) Add "WebUsers"


Modify Configuration in Internet Inforamtion Service (IIS)
==========================================================
1) Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Internet Service Manager
2) Select the CallManager server
3) Select the "Default Web Site"
4) Select the "CCMUser"
5) Right click "CCMUser", select "Properties"
6) In tab "Virtual Directory", Make sure "Application name" is "CCMUser"
7) In tab "Directory Security", Edit "Anonymous access and authentication
controll"
8) Check "Anonymous access", click "Edit"
9) Add "CCMUser" to "User Name:"
10) Check "Allow IIS to control password"
