Softphone 3.0 and Line Appearance

Howdie all!
Late night I know... but I can't get my head around the Line Appearance on the softphone.
The user on the phone has 3 Appearance buttons. Can see 3 calls.
When logged in the softphone can see many ... how can I stop that?
Nowhere to be found...
any ideas?

I assuming you don't mean Line Appareance but that you can get more than 3 calls to a softphone client?

The issue is that SIP devices on IPO don't have "call appearence buttons" so if you have call waiting you can get a bunch of call on the same device.

Thanks for the update.
Call waiting off would mean only one call though...
Any other softphones that supports that ? I wonder

It's the system that ignores Call Appearences for SIP phones (and analogue), not that they need to support them. The only reason they still show is because users can hotdesk around between extn types (as you know)
