Having a problem with with a softphone 2050 over a vpn with remote desktop. It will run the software fine, but I can not get any response from the headset and remote. Any suggestions? Has anyone else ran into this problem.
The remote desktop was running on a laptop. I understand what your saying though. That was my thought, but just wanted someone to verify. Any ideas on a work around possibly?
