Softphone 2050 connecting to BCM issue

I have a BCM 50 release 6.0, and I'm trying to connect a Softphone 2050 to the BCM. I have the license activated but when I initialize the softphone it asks me for a password. I have tried many different password but none of them work, I have read the manual and it only says to ask the system administrator. Is there a way to over pass this password?

 
The system administrator has to provide you the password or eliminate the need for one. He/She should know how to disable the need for the registration password.

If you don't have an administrator and have admin access to the system, just go under Resources>Telephony Resources>IP sets. In the bottom screen, leave the "Enable Global Registration Password" box checked and clear the "Global Password" box. This will remove the need for a password. Phone should then take you to the "Assign DN" screen on the set.
 
Hi telcodog I have enter the BCM using the element manager and went to the config you told me. I have selected IP sets but in the bottom screen nothing appears.
 
Download Element Manager from BCM and try again....
 
Hi there morenot, I have done that and it worked, the element manager that I had installed is the one that came in the CD. I also tried with other versions of the software with the same response.
