Hi there!
I use some M3903 phones. Our messaging system is Nortel CallPilot.
When we installed CallPilot at the begining of the year, we were using default promtps called CALLPILOT (you know, press 7-6 to delete...) People don't like that, so I plan to change to OCTEL-like promtps, called CallPilot Menu Interface Messaging.
The problem with that is on my M3903 phones, when we call the messaging system, some softkeys appear with commands such as DELETE, NEXT, FORWARD, etc... It works well with CallPilot standard promts, but not with Octel promts.... what's written is not the command it's doing...
how can I change that?
Thank you!
