Softkeys (hold/transfer/conf) are not working on all of the phones

We currently have a situation where all o the softkeys are not working when the user in connected to calls. “End Call” seems to be the only key that is working.
Can someone help if I need to reset any CUCM services?

The problem seems to be when we receive an external calls. and It is kind of random phones not all of the phones since i found one phone that the softkeys are working

Any idea?

Make sure the type of phone on the desk matches the type of phone in programming, do not just assume ...
