Softkeys dont map correctly Option 11c Meridian Mail

I'm using a Nortel Meridian 1 Option 11C.
Procomm Plus 4.8
When using VT100 or VT102 all the keys work except F5 (^[OR doesn't work)

When using VT220 or VT320, the keys work if I use special maps provided by Reusser I found in a post I googled.

F1= ^[[17~
F2= ^[[18~
F3= ^[[19~
F4= ^[[20~
F5= ^[[21~

The trouble is, there are no special maps for the directional keys or delete.

If someone has either additional maps for VTx20 or a fix for VT100 it would help a lot. The PBX also works in ANSI BBS mode but F4 is still not operational.

procomm software maps correctly, using the f5 thru f9 when you have vt x20 emunalation. the sw works at vt of bbs the mail wants the 20 so it can remap the soft keys, i have hot keys on my mail so i can click the soft keys. when i am pasting numbers to the v/mod screen with a mouse anyway, why stop to use soft keys.
