On the phone itself in CM, softkey template is NONE on all phones.When it is NONE how do you know which template is being used?Under softkey templates I show 3 which cannott be deleted.these are probably there from install.then I have 4 additional that were put in before my time but i don't know which one is the default.Any help is appreciated.I am going digging now.Thanks.

softkey templates

If there is no softkey template listed on the phone, it uses the template specified on the Device Pool settings. In this way you can modify the templates for a lot of phones without having to go to every phone and change the settings. Look at what DP your phone is in then go to the Device Pool and see what is there.
