Softkey Class of Service

Is it possible to set a Class of Service for a softkey on a 5500 IP console? If so, where should I look for this? I have not been able to find it.

no, any softkey lines inherit the COS of the console Prime DN.

just to make sure though, you need to look under the station service assignment form.

I asked the wrong question. Can softkeys (e.g. VM Zero Out) be rerouted to another extension, or a multicall?

yes you can. simply set up under call handling, call routing, either always, first or second alt routing.

then assign your routing numbers to the softkey dn's
