Is there a PDF or something out there that has the definiton of what all the softkeys do, like an explanation of each?

Specifically for a G3si v9 or a G3r v11

The local area code has changed for one of my facilities. What changes need to be made in the definity. Do I only have to change the npa on the route patterns or is there some other place I need to make changes. The npa is not listed on the dial plan form.
