Softconsole

Hi,

I recently installed a Softconsole on a Win Vista computer and its giving me tons of problems. Any word that this might not be compatible with Vista or maybe I need a patch. I installed 1.5.4 which is the latest I found on the Avaya site.

Any suggestions?

Just to be a little more specific:

I have upgraded my AVAYA Softconsole to the latest version 1.5.4 and when I load up Softconsole we get an error message "One of more required fiels mapping is missing. Verify Directory Fields settings (Settings -> MDAccess Settings -> general tab). I actually just click ok and it seems not to bother, but recently its been poping up again while the app is in use and suddenly the softconsole just stalls. Rebooted the computer and the softconsole just does not want to work at all.I'm suspecting incompatibality issues with Win Vista, but want to be sure if anyone else has had the same problem.
