Dear All,

I have a problem with the softconsole and I will appreciate it if someone can help me. When I try to start the application I get the following error: "Softconsole cannot start because start because either iClarity is running or could not be started. Please exit iClarity if it is running and restart Softconsole"

Please note that when I give "power-user" permission to the user then I do not have any problem (I do not want to apply this solution). Can anyone tell me what is causing the problem and a solution?
 
Try downloading the latest version from the AVAYA support web site. I had a similar problem with a softconsole.
