i have softconsole, 11.0.4200.1, receptionist tries to transfer to a phantom extension that is unconditionally forwarded externally, it will immediately bounce back to her. if she transfers from her phone, it works just fine. we also made an express messaging module in vmpro that when you try to reach a one of the forwarded extensions, it bounces to the receptionist. ipo is 11.0.4. thanks
