Softconsole weird issue..

Hi guys, have a ipo server 9.1, ipocc 9.1 and a softconsole 9.1...
when multiple calls are coming at the reception and she drag it to a BLF speed dial i create to the topic extension, its doing a conference on the topic for the customer she transfer and the other one that was ringing to her softconsole too...

anyone see that before?

To the topic extension? The SIP user IPOCC is connected with?

AFAIK there is one user to route a call into different CC topics and calls have to be routed to a short code to reach a topic. So I would think that you need some kind of BLF pointing at the topic short codes. I would try to create these BLF members like an external target.

yes, this is what I did...

reception get a call at softconsole, put the call on hold with double click on the mouse, answer the second call and when she click to drag 2 second call to the topic BLF icon, its doing a conference on the topic with the 1st call on hold and the second call she was transfering. Maybe nothing to do with the topic... 95% of her call need to be transfer into topic...
But I think I already see that conferencing issue with the softconsole in the past...

I would get her to park the call by dragging it to a bay, then deal with the second call, just as quick and may help bypass the issue
