Hi, I need the Multiple call handling on the incoming calls on a Softconsole Operator, so I have created an hunt group used with skill and an agent logged in.
All works fine but I have an issue only if an internal number calls the hunt group. The softconsole display only the first 16 digit of the name of the station.
Usually with the softconsole used as attendant, I can see all the name of the station.
There is a limitation with this configuration or software ?
Or this is a Hunt-Group standard mode functionality?
