Softconsole Issues

We are having issues with calls to and from Softconsoles at a site in which the operator will be in the middle of the conversation and will drop the callers. This issue is only occuring with the Softconsoles and we have changed the ports of the talkpath phones they are using.

Here are the details:
CM 2.1.1
Superpatch 01.1.414.1-7689 (the latest)
S8300 with 4 G700's

Softconsole 1.5.2 (Patch applied)
Running in Telecommuter mode paired to a 2420 dedicated for this use. The call drops and the Softconsole is still active and able to take the next call.

Any one else have any issue like this?
