So I found an old tread on this issue with someone having a IM error message when they enable Instant Messaging within the Soft Console software since Avaya removed the ability to simply enter the IP address of the One-X Server. The resolution seemed to be to set the XMPP presence to the address of FQDN of the UC module. Well, I'm getting the same error on a Linux Application environment and we're using the One-X Mobile app. If I change the XMPP field to the address of the Linux or back to local.host, I lose connectivity to the app. Is there a way to make both of these features work or is it either one or the other now ?
