Softconsole headset

Hi,

i have softconsole version 1.5.3.. Why is it that it will not work with RCA jack headset? It will hang up when plug. But USB headset is fine. Did i miss something in the installation?

These are two differnt set-ups , RCA jack voice goes through the soundcard , USB headset sound is ported through the USB port. ( HID device) different standards

I would recommend USB though

I want both to work with USB and RCA. What is the recommended soundcard so that avaya softconsole will work?
