softconsole displaying wrong info accross wan

site A:
412 latest 3.0 DT, 2030 phones,vmpro, softconsole latest2.1

site B: 406 latest 3.0 DT, 2030 phones.

Problem: when a site B extn presses divert, it appears as such on softconsole at Site A, so far ok.
when the same extn takes off divert, it does not refresh on softconsole, so appears as diverted.

any ideas?
