Softconsole Disconnecting

I have Avaya IPO SoftConsole Version 4.2.31. I can login sucessfully into the softconsole but after about it a minute of login in time it disconnects and says "session ended." I have to re-login in everytime. What might be causing the frequent disconnects when logged in. The IPO locally on-site different subnets tho.

-data 172.xx.xx.xx
-voice 172.25.xx.xx

You ping and have access both ways on these subnets
