Softconsole directory not displaying

I have just installed Avaya softconsole 1.5 which works very well, I also created a master directory by downloading the extensions from the switch.

However I cant see the directory on the screen it is all blank, when I search and then click on "view selected entry" it shows the record, but not on main direcotry screen.
Its almost like all my entries are in a white font on a whote background

Im using XP
Anyone any sugestions

did you changed the md settings: Settings-MDAccesssettings-display fields?? If you do not, you will not see the correct information
