Hello,

I found UserCD 4.2.88 on Avaya Website.
I wanted to know it the softconsole 9.1 or 10.0 is compatible with older IP Office versions like 9.0 or 8.0 for example.

You should use the version that was released at the same time as the version of the IPO wherever possible. If say 9.1.6 didnt have a softconsole release but 9.1.5 and 9.1.7 did then you should use the one from 9.1.5.

As far as I remember they are not compatible.
the 9.1 and 10 will not work on older ipo versions.

likewise older softconsole PRE 9.1 wont work on the 9.1 systems.

in 9.1 they released a completely new version of Softconsole that will not work on anything lower like snowman50 mentioned.
below that from 9.0 back down to 4.2 you can use the latest version of 4.2 (or any version really) because all they did was bug fixes and small windows driven improvements.
