SoftConsole and Outlook

I have enabled Softconsole to use Microsoft Outlook,
but Outlook keeps asking for permission to give access. With this dialogue box i can ask for only 10 minutes access.

How can i enable the two programs to talk with out this problem.

I have searched Outlook without any luck.

Haven't come across that with softconsole, but it sounds very much like the message generated when iContact is launched. If so, just click the "yes" button without configuring any time limit.
