Hi
I have a Server Edition at latest R10 SP2 software with the same level of Softconsole, which is installed on a Windows 10 Laptop (for training purposes initially)
I am running the app as Administrator and it was installed with full Administrator rights.

I have run an AvayaFW.BAT file also

The customer is using One X Portal and wants to use IM. The User has been assigned as receptionist and also has Office Worker profile selected.

IM works fine for everyone on One X Portal. However, when I select "Enable IM" in Softconsole preferences, the boxes that are supposed to appear for me to put in One X portal IP address and Port number do not appear.

Help appreciated
Thanks

Technolgy - The Mother of Frustration

Those boxes were only needed in 9.1, in 10.0 they worked out that since the SoftConsole knows where the IP Office is and the IP Office knows where the portal is all that making people re-enter already know information was just being cruel.

Now if they only could get the SoftConsole login to assume that if it only detects one IP Office on the network maybe it should just login to that one...

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
